Anyone Else Having This Problem?

Just curious if this is anyone else or just me, but on the main page of the General Discussion forum when I click the drop-down for more actions I have a blank box. This was while using a PC and was tested on 2 different devices.

I have confirmed on a mobile device that it does show and is meant to contain "follow/unfollow category" and "mark all as read/unread" options. This also matches with the messages I get when I click on the areas in the box where those options would be, as shown below.

So the actions are working, I just can't see the text.😥

A possible cause of this could be that white text is used for the rest of the forum and may have accidentally been used for this options box as well, which is also white.
