Hi everyone, being apart of the group has been a lot of fun, but i was looking to terminate my subscription due to incident funds, but I can’t quite figure out how?
Hey there! Thanks for your query - if you're logged into the account you purchased the subscription under, navigate to your profile (which should be in the top right on both mobile and PC) and then to subscription settings. You can manually cancel your subscription from there.
We don't like lock-in subscriptions so we allow our members to do it from their account settings. If you ever get stuck you can also email info@bricknews.com.au and we can turn off the subscription from our end.
You can always stay a part of the group without the subscription I believe. Can read articles and there is the occasional free to enter competition, so definitely worth staying connected in that respect. (I'm not subscribed as I write articles for BrickNews, and Frase has done a great job putting BrickNews together for us all!)
