I think I've watched some of his stuff before. It's impressive how much attention to detail there is in his videos. The behind the scenes videos are great too!
I have seen a similair style display at a local Brick Show.... and honestly it was the coolest one there (in my mind). None of the star wars ones were very unique, they were just ships built and not an actual display. I hadn't seen a war-based one before but it of course had lots of potential for creativity and lots of little "scenes" within the overall MOC.

Well just placed by order of German WW2 Troops and the Africa Korps with a custom Commander with a black uniform and little black grub under his nose.
