2 Future Monthly Competition Grand Prizes Revealed

We exclusively let our subscribers know a few days ago what the upcoming grand prizes would be for March and April. Now, we'll reveal them to all site members.

The March monthly competition's grand prize is the LEGO 10303 Loop Coaster, the battery pack (if we can obtain it - LEGO has advised they might get stock back in February, but so far the battery is not available in Australia) and the light kit from LightMyBricks. You can watch a video demonstration below.

And for Star Wars fans, we have a special treat for you in April...

In the spirit of May 4th (Star Wars Day), we want the April competition to feature a set that is unique, rare and of course valuable. That's why we've chosen the 10236 Ewok Forest with the light kit to be the grand prize for April! This set retired about 8 years ago and is now worth a pretty penny to collectors looking to buy it.

We hope Brick News readers are excited for these prizes and look forward to the coming months.

Wow! I really had no idea how spectacular the Ewok Village could look with lights until I saw this post! The set takes on a whole new dimension in the dark :). It's definitely a well executed prize idea to draw in subscribers.

Sometimes the lighting kits make the sets look twice as good! Definitely considering including them more often in the future

Wonderful prizes! I’m really excited for the Ewok Village! Do you think a Star Destroyer could be a future Grand Prize?

We’ll see - we want to include it, but it will be pricey to get one. Hopefully we get enough subscribers down the track where we can afford to bring in some of the retired & expensive UCS sets for the competition. There’s some really cool ones we want to include!
