What is bricklink?
Bricklink is a company owned by LEGO and is primarily used by the LEGO community as a hub for buying and selling LEGO parts, minifigures and sets. It's also home to the Bricklink Designer Program, where members of the LEGO community design sets that LEGO will then produce and distribute depending on their popularity. The Ominous Isle set was designed by builder Jared Le Cras, and produced by LEGO as a set during a limited window.
How do I enter the draw?
Entering the draw for the Ominous Isle is completely free! Simply head to https://www.bricknews.com.au/sponge and click on the "Enter Now for Free" button to be directed to the entry form. Each person gets one entry each. Be warned - duplicate entries are detected, and users who attempt to find workarounds such as creating multiple accounts will be disqualified from the draw.
What's the catch?
There's no catch, but entering the draw does sign you up to the Brick News mailing list which will occasionally send news and competitions to your inbox. You'll need to remain on the mailing list during the competition, as unsubscribing will forfeit your entry during the promotion period.

Will there be more free competitions in the future?
Absolutely! However, our best competitions and draws are exclusive to our news subscription holders. A monthly subscription costs just $5 in Australia, which is equivalent to a cup of coffee, and is open to entrants internationally. In January the LEGO Star Wars: UCS Jabba's Sail Barge will be up for grabs, while February will feature the LEGO The Lord of the Rings Barad-dûr as the grand prize.
Why do I need to provide my phone and address when entering the competition?
We collect your full name, email, phone and address to aid in eliminating duplicate entries, and to ensure we have your contact information if you win. Providing the wrong contact information on your entry form could prevent us from being able to contact you if you win, and will result in a redraw.
