January Grand Prize Winner Announcement!

Congratulations to Paul Osman from Victoria for winning our January 2023 competition! We got in touch with Paul earlier today to let him know and we're thrilled to be sending him the UCS Razor Crest!

February Monthly Competition Announcement

As many of you already know, our February competition is about to launch. We're still finalising the terms and conditions for the new competition, but we expect to have the entry form up and ready by this weekend.

For February, the lucky winner will get BOTH the UCS Gunship and the UCS Landspeeder (which is retiring very soon in case you weren't aware, so if you don't win, consider picking one up).

Now that the main announcements are out of the way, we have something else to add. When we launched in December, we listed "threshold prizes" on our monthly competition page. These prizes were to be bonus runner-up sets that would be added if we reached a certain amount of subscribers. Unfortunately, we may have been a bit too ambitious with the threshold prizes in both December and January, so February we are guaranteeing at least one runner-up prize. Yes, we are guaranteeing that more than one person will walk away from February's competition with a prize (and of course, there'll be even more runner-ups if we get enough people on board!)

Finally, if you haven't already noticed the counter on the Win! page, we're already more than 20% of our way towards the 1000 subscriber goal. When we reach 1000 subscribers to Brick News, the UCS Millennium Falcon will become the grand prize in the next available monthly competition slot. This is another awesome $1300 AUD set which will not only keep you occupied for 20 hours while you build it, but also become a legendary display piece.
