New Yoda's Jedi Starfighter 75360 Rumours and Leaks

Rumours have emerged regarding the new Star Wars set 75360 with a potential that this will be a new and possibly improved Yoda's Jedi Starfighter.

It can be expected that the set will contain an eponymous Yoda minifigure, and with the recently confirmed Tenoo Jedi Temple set, there may be a possibility for a new mold for Yoda. Alongside Yoda, there will almost certainly be a R2-D2 minifigure, and who doesn't want another of the little guy?

The last time we saw Yoda and his starfighter was back in 2017 with 75168, and the reception was generally positive, with another coloured Jedi interceptor for those keen on completing their Jedi squadrons. Will we see potentially other re-releases of previous starfighters? The fact that Obi-Wan's starfighter has been updated may lead some to answer yes, with Anakin's Starfighter, Ahsoka's Starfighter and other Jedi ships that could make the cut.

The set number that has been rumoured to be assigned to this has been confirmed to have a piece count of 253, with a USD price of $34.99. What price this set will have in Australia and other countries is of course variable, however I can see LEGO charging anywhere in the realm of $49.99-59.99 AUD for an iconic ship like this with equal parts display potential and playability.

The set is expected to release in August, 2023 and alongside other semi-serious sets such as the rumoured UCS Venator and minifigure scale Republic gunship. This may be a sign that LEGO is listening to its fans, and doubling down on Clone Wars sets. Overall, we're excited to see when LEGO confirms the remaining set numbers available for the August, September and October releases.
